Student Spotlight Ambassador

Student Spotlight Ambassadors support their studio, club, team or company, help coordinate costume submissions, and serve as a point of connection with Spotlight Collective. This role gives artists and dancers an opportunity to step into leadership, model responsibility, and make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

What Ambassadors Do

  • Help coordinate costume submissions for their studio, team, or company

  • Serve as a designated point of contact for their organization

  • Represent their organization with care, professionalism, and integrity

What Ambassadors Gain

  • Leadership experience

  • Community service and/or organization recognition

  • A deeper understanding of sustainability in the arts

  • Ambassadors earn formal recognition for their leadership through a digital certificate and optional social badge that can be used on resumes, portfolios, and college applications.

Because leadership happens offstage, too.
