How do I send my costumes?
We’ll send you a prepaid label. Use any box or mailer, and we’ll take it from there.
How are points assigned?
Points are based on condition, detail, and overall quality. Most costumes earn between 100–300 points.
When do I get my points?
Points are issued after your costumes are received and accepted.
What if my costume doesn’t meet standards?
We’ll let you know. Non-qualifying items can be returned at your expense or donated to our partner, Dancing for a Difference.
When can I start choosing costumes?
Founding Members will be among the first to access the Collective when we launch.
For studios:
Can studios participate?
Yes — studios can host collection points, share Spotlight with families, or simply learn more.
